         Jacob Cohenour of Davison County State of Tenneses (but now in Hardy Co., Va.)
         and John Cohenour & Sarah his wife and
         Mary Bush of county of Coshocton State of Ohio on one part
         and
         William Reed of county of Hardy State of Virginia on the other part

         Whereas Joseph Cohenour dec'd of county of Hardy died seized & possessed of
         sundry tracts of land in Hardy Co on Waters of Lost River & by his last Will &
         testament of record in co of Hardy devised to the aforssaid John and Jacob
         Cohenour, his two sons, all his lands, but to his wife Mary M. Cohenour he gave
         by his said will among other things one third of ad lands during her natural life
         which said Mary is now the widow of_____ Bush

         $3000

         One tract adjoining Andrew Veneys, Capt. Bell 145 acres
         One tract adjoining Lewis - 45 acres
         One tract adjoining Samuel Slater, Col. Ruddle, Andrew Bowman - 55 acres

         7 Nov. 1817 acknowleged in clerk's office of Hardy Co. by Jacob Cohenour
         party thereto and by the said John Cohenour, Sarah Cohenour aod Nary Bush
         also parties thereto by ths said Jacob their attornqy in fact.
