         I, Joseph Cohonour of county of Hardy and state of Virginia. Executors to make
         lawful conveyance of lands of father, Henry Cohonour, died seized, that lay in
         county of Shannondoa, to such of my brothers sisters and any other persons
         under lawful laws of Virginia. Any other persons meaning David Rodehsifer Jur.
         and Philip Mayfes which have purchased land of me. Take care of any business
         of mine respecting my father's estate. Make conveyance of land assigned to my
         brothers John & David as soon as they make the proper conveyances.

         Wife Mary Mahdolane Cohonour the one third part of all my personal estate.
         Other two parts to be equally divided between my four daughters Catharine,
         Barbara, Magdolane, and Sarah --to receive their parts as soon as they arrive
         to lawful age.

         Sons Jacob Cohonour & John Cohonour all my lands lying in Hardy County, three
         surveys adjoining, the whole containing 245 acres. Wife to have above land
         till sons arrive to lawful age.

         Wife Mary Magdolane Cohonour, William Warden, Joseph Cohonour of Shannondoah
         County, and Jacob Gohonour of Shannondoah Counky, and George Wilkin Sr.,
         executors of this my last will & testament. Fourth dqy of October in the year
         of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and Ninety-Nine.
